Tom is a former NFL Sports Scientist most notable for his Superbowl runs with the 49ers. He is the Co-founder and CEO of the Player's Company an athlete-built and owned organization dedicated to empowering its community of professional athletes, high net worth individuals, and founders. TPC’s goal is to help the members of it’s organization improve their financial identity and build generational wealth through education, events and private investment opportunities.
Tom is also the founder and managing member of Tomco Holdings, a private advisory firm specializing in sports ownership and commercial real estate development around media assets.
In 2025 Tom Co-Founded and serves as a managing member in Harbor Light Pictures, a NY based film production company focused on featured length production and releases.
Tom currently holds leadership, board, and advisory roles across several organizations and companies that sit agnostically across the spectrum from private equity firms to emerging technology companies.
